This robot has 3 direct axes and 3 independent degrees of freedom. Course length of each axis is 0.5 meter and working space is a 0.5 meter cube. Axes driven by AC rotating motors with ball screw. Each axis has two limit switches at the end of courses and an extra switch to determine start point. These switches cab displaced and they can help to change working space of the robot. Robots has a panel includes off/on switches, emergency stop switch, power fuse, servo drivers and DAQ card. Control and drive of robot can be done by LabView. The connection between PC and robot is through DAQ card and each axis controls by separate servo drive. Following you can see specifications of each axis and control system.
